Who We Are: The ROTW Experts...

The Data Recovery Experts at ROTW.com are a group of culled top technicians from the newly formed company Recovery On The Web- a tri-state on-site service bureau. The experts work together on each drive received into our office to provide a wide breadth of experience into every job performed. To give you an insight on who's working with your data, we'd like to introduct the four main figures at DRC.

James Slattery - a nine year veteran pc support specialist, BS Computer Science Iona College, also the founder of Recovery On The Web. James has worked wonders to retrieve data for many of our corporate and government accounts.

John C. McDonough - a six year veteran network engineer, BS Computer Science Iona College, the lead technician at Recovery On The Web . John's vast knowledge of networked servers (NT and Novell) breathe life into each of our network server data recoveries that can get very complicated and require vast amounts of research for completion.

Matthew Ramundo - a three year desktop support specialist, BS Fordham University. Matt brings awesome research and fact-finding to the table for the password recovery and dongle replacement techniques deployed by ROTW. Matt also handles a great deal of client communication and questioning to make sure data recoveries are completed and delivered to client specifications.

Patrick McDonough - the "rookie" of the team, a desktop support specialist, and our "setup" man. Patrick configures our DRC specialty systems with EIDE and SCSI drives in preparation of drives being delivered to our office each business day.
