How We Respond to a “Do Not Track” Signal.
Do Not Track (DNT) is a still-not-yet finalized standard by which Internet users may choose to control the collection of personally identifiable information about the user’s online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services. To learn more about Do Not Track, please click here.

Internet industry groups and regulators have been working to develop a uniform standard for how websites and online services should respond to browser DNT signals. No consensus has been reached on the final standard, and without an industry standard, users cannot know how any given website responds to the DNT signal.

So that we can gain insight on how people are using our website, as well as to gain information or perform functions beneficial to users of our website or to our organization, we may track the activity of visitors over time using the website server, as well as by one or more third-party service. Due in part to the lack of a DNT standard, our website does not currently recognize browser-based “do not track” functionality. We do not, in any event, track users’ activity across websites other than our own.

Use of Our Website by Children
Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13. We assume products purchased through credit card means are purchased by adults or minors supervised by a parent or guardian. We respect the privacy of children and the rights of parents to protect their children and are committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). On those areas of our website that ask for age information, we do not collect personal information from individuals who identify themselves as under the age of 13 except in those limited circumstances where we believe that such collection is permitted under COPPA. If a parent believes that his or her child has provided us with personal information, he or she can contact us via e-mail or postal mail at: email@rotwministry.com PO Box 16485 Irvine, CA 92623-6485. We will promptly delete the information upon learning that it relates to a child under the age of 13.

Security
We take reasonable steps to protect against the unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, misuse, and alteration of the personal information under our control. From time to time we review our security procedures to consider appropriate new technology and methods. We take steps to protect the transmission of credit card information through industry-standard encryption. Please be aware that, despite our best efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. For that reason, we disclaim any liability for the security of any information transmitted to us over the Internet and we accept no liability for any unintentional disclosure.

Our website contains hyperlinks and pointers to Internet websites maintained by third parties. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control, operate or endorse the information, products, or services on such third-party websites and are not responsible for their content. While we make every effort to keep your information secure, we do not control the privacy or security practices of other websites.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may make changes in our privacy policy from time to time to accommodate new technologies, industry practices, and regulatory requirements or for other purposes. When we do so, we will post the updated Privacy Policy here and notify you by means of a notice on our website. Your continued use of our website following the posting of changes to this policy will mean you accept those changes.

This Privacy Policy does not create rights enforceable by third parties.
